Almost nobody in this trade publishes a price. We think that is the wrong way round. Here are our real starting prices, the labour rate by time of day, and what is and is not included, so you can decide whether to call before you spend twenty minutes finding out.
Prices on this site are Kent prices. London jobs, including Bromley and Orpington, are charged at our London rates: by the hour with a four-hour minimum, or as a fixed price after a free survey for anything bigger.

Two starting prices for every property size: empty, meaning unoccupied and unfurnished, which is the quickest and cleanest rewire to deliver, and lived in, where the household is there during the work.

No separate call-out fee. Fault finding is charged at the labour rate. If we can't finish on the first visit we make it safe and give you a written quote for the repair. Bigger jobs get a fixed price in writing. Kent and the South East. London rates are listed separately.

Extras are priced separately and told to you before you commit, never on the day.

Parts are charged on top of the labour rate, and so is the time spent collecting them if the van does not carry what the job needs.

If we cannot finish on the first visit, we make it safe and give you a written quote for the repair. You are never left with a live fault and no answer.

Remedial work after an EICR is always a separate quote you are free to take elsewhere.

Every published price and online estimate assumes a typical job in a typical property. If yours is bigger or more involved, the written quote is higher and we show you why, line by line, before you commit.

The "from" price is our real starting price for that job in a typical property, not a headline. The quote we put in writing after the survey is the price you pay, and it does not move unless you ask for something different or something unexpected is found, and then we stop and price it before carrying on.
For homeowners every price on this page is shown including VAT, with the ex-VAT figure alongside. For landlords, letting agents and businesses we quote ex VAT. Every written quote states both.
No. Surveys and quotes are free. For a lot of jobs we can price from photographs you send with the enquiry form, which saves you a visit.
There is no separate call-out fee. For fault finding the first hour covers attendance and diagnosis at the published labour rate, and every hour after that is at the hourly rate. For quoted jobs the price is the price.
We make it safe and give you a written quote for the repair. You are never left with a live fault and no answer, and you never get a bill for work you did not agree to.
