There is no separate call-out fee. For fault finding, the first hour covers attendance and diagnosis at our published rate, and there is no travel time in the bill because we are based here. For quoted work the survey is free and the written price is the price you pay.
Call 01732 655003. In working hours we get back to you within 2 hours, and for a genuine emergency, a burning smell, a dead fuse board, sockets that have stopped working, we will usually be with you the same day. Outside hours the same number diverts to whoever is covering.
Not always. A lot of older Sevenoaks houses just need a modern fuse board and some targeted work rather than a full rewire. We start with an inspection, tell you honestly what is needed, and give you a fixed written quote either way.
