There is no separate call-out fee. For fault finding, the first hour covers attendance and diagnosis at our published labour rate, and every hour after that is at the hourly rate. For quoted work the survey is free and the written price is the price you pay.

Call us during working hours, 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, and we get back to you within 2 hours. For a genuine emergency, a burning smell, a dead fuse board, sockets that have stopped working, we will usually be with you the same day. Outside hours the same number diverts to whoever is covering.

We are NAPIT registered, number 74093, which is the equivalent government-approved competent person scheme, and TrustMark registered. Both let us self-certify notifiable work under Part P. If you see NICEIC mentioned anywhere in relation to us, it is wrong and we want to know.

A 12-month workmanship guarantee from us, plus the 6-year NAPIT Work Quality Guarantee on registered work. If something we fitted plays up, we come back and put it right at no charge.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do: EICR cycles, remedials and void rewires across Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Bromley and Maidstone. Portfolios get one named contact and scheduled renewals. See the landlords page for how that works.
